A highly skilled and resourceful URAC and ACHC Project Manager with extensive experience in the Specialty Pharmacy industry. With 25+ years in the pharmacy industry, 20+ of those years were spent in Specialty Pharmacy in various aspects of the profession including handling medication quality management, root-cause analysis, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, standardization of pharmacy operations, workflow oversight, prescription preparation and delivery and accreditation. 9 out of those 20 years were spent project managing for URAC and/or ACHC Accreditation Projects across the United States and Puerto Rico and encompasses knowledge and expertise that is deemed extremely valuable in the industry.
A collaborate team player who is a nationally certified Pharmacy Technician through PTCB and holds an Associate Degree in Science as well as a Bachelor Degree in Business /Project Management who can adapt to the consistently changing healthcare environments and successfully liaises between organizations and accrediting bodies.

Jessica Walker (Owner/Partner/Project Manager)
URAC and ACHC Project Manager with extensive experience in the Specialty Pharmacy industry with 15+ years in the pharmacy industry, 15+ of those years were spent in Specialty Pharmacy and HUB services and 8 years dedicated to accreditation consulting with concentration in patient management and data collection. Built, implemented, and developed a tool for one of the top 3 specialty pharmacies that was used by 2700 staff members in various roles to perform daily pharmacy job functions. This filled accreditation gaps with existing pharmacy software. While consulting, developed a unique basic patient management program in excel/word 7 years ago that met accreditation compliance requirements for smaller specialty pharmacies. Since the original concept was launched, multiple version have all passed accreditation requirements.
An innovative team player that can accommodate unique technology needs with a degree in mathematics, minor in chemistry, who has post graduate courses in IT/Analytics/database programming.
